To ensure a smooth and worry-free dive experience, we recommend confirming availability and completing your dive reservation before booking your hotel or flights.

Reservation & Payment Policy:

KUMOODIVE operates on a full prepayment online booking system. Payment by credit card is required to secure your spot.

Reservations open 6 months before the activity date.

Latest booking deadline: 15:00, 3 days before the activity date. Both reservation and full payment must be completed by this time.

A reservation is not confirmed until full payment is received.

On-the-Day Payments:
The following items can be paid at the activity using Japanese yen cash or credit card: -

Extra dives added on the day

Confirmation Process:
Once we receive your reservation and confirm availability, you will receive a Booking Confirmation Email within 24 hours. -
Important: All reservations are considered confirmed only after receiving the Booking Confirmation Email.

Until you receive the confirmation email, your reservation is not guaranteed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Standard Cancellations:

7 days or more before the trip date (excluding the day of the trip): No handling fee.

3 to 6 days before the trip date: 50% of the total activity fee will be charged.

On the day of the trip or no-show: 100% of the total activity fee will be charged.
Force Majeure / Company-Initiated Changes:

If the trip is changed or canceled by KUMOODIVE due to weather, sea conditions, or other force majeure factors, customers may receive a full refund or reschedule the activity.
Customer Responsibilities:

Arriving late or failing to gather at the designated time and location will be considered automatic forfeiture, and no refund or compensation will be provided.

Failure to disclose health-related issues that prevent participation will result in no refund or compensation.

If a customer interrupts or abandons the activity for personal reasons, it will be considered automatic forfeiture, and no refund or compensation will be provided.

For customers who have received the PADI eLearning course prior to cancellation, the course fee of ¥25,000 will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Company Rights:

In cases of dispute or potential threat to life safety, KUMOODIVE reserves the right to make the final decision regarding participation.

This includes the right to modify, suspend, change, or terminate activities at any time. Information announced on the official company website shall prevail.

For any matters not covered herein, the company’s regulations and interpretations will apply.
